天津市橡陸橡膠機(jī)帶有限公司較新引進(jìn)的自動化硫化設(shè)備，已經(jīng)申請了實(shí)用新型專利（專利號）：ZL . 2016 2 1409883.2。該設(shè)備具有運(yùn)輸輕便、組裝簡便、降溫快速、硫化時間短等特點(diǎn)。該設(shè)備采用了橡膠高壓水袋加壓，加熱測溫一體插座，水冷卻加熱一體板，可移動式電動打壓泵。我公司在輸送帶接頭硫化機(jī)的設(shè)計和制造理念上借鑒歐、美、日等公司產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)用戶現(xiàn)場實(shí)際使用情況，經(jīng)過獨(dú)特的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，設(shè)計制造了新型輸送帶快速接頭硫化機(jī)，解決了硫化機(jī)笨重，壓力不均，接頭時間長等難題。

5、加壓杠：優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁型材經(jīng)過特殊加工設(shè)計處理，耐壓強(qiáng)度高，搬運(yùn)輕便，鋁杠外側(cè)中間部位沒有方孔，不會破壞鋁杠強(qiáng)度

定的硫化溫度和實(shí)時溫度。溫控箱裝有計時器，可以準(zhǔn)確控制溫度和時間。溫控箱并具備良好的絕緣性，
實(shí)現(xiàn)自動控制或手動控制。集成式硫化板電纜，耐磨，防震，防電擊。主要部件采用德國西門子進(jìn)口元件。
